Mr. Barden is the nephew of Harold Steele who started the first Boy Scout Troop in Tucson on April 20, 1911. The event will begin at 6:00pm at the scout museum. Food will be provided. The 2011 Otis H. Chidester Scouting Museum Founder's Day Dinner will be held on Saturday, May 7, 2011 at 6:30pm at the Viscount Suite Hotel 4855 E. Broadway Blvd. in Tucson. The recipients of the 2011 Otis H. Chidester Memorial Awards, to be presented on May 7, and Mike George, David Gibeault, M.D., and Chuck (Charles) Moyer, II. Invitations will be sent out in early April 2011.
